Photographers and Videographers We view weddings as unique and sacred events. We want people who can bring a fresh creative flair to each and every wedding and who will honor our couples and their families with caring and courtesy. Our ideal candidates bring three qualities: 1) mastery of camera technique; 2) personal and artistic sensitivity: it's important that you care about and work with couples as individuals, helping them bring out their best for the camera; 3) a strong service orientation. Wedding days can be stressful. A key part of your job is help make the experience smoother for all concerned. Production Assistants Advanced experience is less important for our photo assistants and video editors, as we provide extensive training. But enthusiasm for working with the memories of couples in a precise, caring and creative way is vital. It's important that you enjoy the work and not see it as "just a job."
